What are the returns & exchanges policies for the Green Living Store?
Each Vendor will have their own returns & exchanges policy. Please see the below Vendor list for full details.

How do I request a return or exchange on a purchased item?
Please email us at store@greenlivingshow.ca and we will connect you with the Vendor who will assist with your request.

The Green Living Store team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm (EST). We will endeavor to respond to your inquiry within one business day.

There is a 14 day return policy provided the box is not opened. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact info@4ourclimate.com. They ask that return shipping be paid by the customer.

Ahimsa Eco Solutions
Ahimsa Eco Solutions is a small eco-company that aims to make their customers happy! While they cannot offer refunds, they will accept returns for exchange on products that are unused, within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to have the product sent back and they will replace it or offer a credit equal to its value. For any potentially defective products, please contact them by email (info@ahimsaeco.com) for assistance.

Chiamigos has a satisfaction guarantee policy! If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you have the option to return the products free of charge for a full refund.
You will just have to cover the return shipping cost to the vendor. To complete a return or an exchange, please contact Chiamigos at info@chiamigos.com for further instruction on sending your order back.

Customers will cover the return shipping cost to the vendor. IDO NATURALS
IDO’s policy lasts 30 days. You must contact the vendor within 30 days of receiving your goods for a refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The vendor has the right to refuse a return if the item has been opened, used or damaged. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email the vendor at info@idonaturals.com for instructions on how to proceed. Vendor is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Kalp

1. OVERVIEW
Kalp's refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Kalp can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be opened and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible for partial refund based on certain situations.

2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at policies@kalp.ca.

4. SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

5. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refund-exchange@kalp.ca and send your item to: KALP, 570 Montreal Road, Ottawa ON, Canada K1K 0T9.

6. SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 570 Montreal Road Ottawa ON Canada K1K 0T9.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kalp don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

KeeperCosmetics
A full refund of product cost only will be issued within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kiss Naturals
Exchanges or refunds are available for 30 days following product purchase for items that are damaged or defective. Please provide a photo of the product and packaging and email it to amanda@kissnaturals.com.

Kraywoods
Every Kraywoods product is carefully inspected to meet the highest quality standards before being shipped out to you. If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with the quality of the products shipped, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Kraywoods offers free shipping for returns and exchanges, on your first order, within 10 days of receipt. After you have claimed a return or exchange and the demand has been processed, Kraywoods will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. To claim a return or exchange, please send an email to customercare@kraywoods.com and they will be happy to assist you.

Let’s Go Eco
Contact Let’s Go Eco regarding any issues. Returns not accepted. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, to be determined with the vendor. They will re-send any damaged items at no charge (with a picture of the damaged item) in a 100% biodegradable mailer from noissue.

LNBF - Leave Nothing But Footprints
Note: Sale Items, underwear, fabric masks and care packages are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
LNBF accepts returns or exchanges of unused, unword, full priced items within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
1. Unworn, unwashed, with no rips or tears, no odours. All original packaging must be included with tags attached, no other signs of being worn. For hygiene reasons all underwear is not eligible for return.
2. Please note that all sale items are final sale - includes promotions, gift package items, and any discounted goods. Refunds for eligible returns can be given for full-priced items only, and not on sale items.
3. Return parcel service is only available for domestic orders in Canada. LNBF reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if above criteria are not met.

Mood Honey
Exchanges are available for 30 days following product purchase for items that are damaged or defective. Please provide a photo of the product and packaging and email it to moodhoneyltd@gmail.com, then mail it to 347036 Mono Centre Road for a product exchange.

Naked Deodorant
Naked Deodorant like it when customers are happy with their purchase. If there is a problem with your product please send an email to hello@nakedeodorant.com with the details of your issue.

Nutripur
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving your order. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number is required for all product returns relating to a reimbursement or an exchange. Under no circumstance will a product return be accepted without an RGA number.
To request a RGA number, please contact us by email at Info@ebambu.ca or by phone 1-450-435-8252.
Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns of items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified. We will not accept any items marked as non-returnable on the product page. The invoice and RGA number must be included when returning products. Shipping charges as well as any related costs to product returns, except in the case of damaged or defective products, are assumed by you the buyer.
Upon receipt and verification of returned products, all sums debited from your account for the purchase of the returned products, will be credited with the excepting of shipping charges.
Inquiries or complaints about orders, shipping or returns can be made by email at Info@ebambu.ca or by phone 1-450-435-8252. All inquiries or complaints that are product specific will be redirected to the appropriate company customer service. We are only distributors of the products sold on our site.
Ebambu.ca online store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

OneRoot
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with any issues.
OneRoot will fully refund your payment or process an exchange within 2 business days if they determine that there is an issue with the product.
Pictures are very helpful in determining the issue, so please take and send pictures as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges will be at the sole discretion of Oneroot Inc.

Passion Fruit Beachwear
Passion Fruit Beachwear accepts returns up to 30 days after you received your product. Returned products must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with their tags on. Due to hygienic concerns, items without their original hygienic protection liner will not be accepted for return.

If you are not satisfied with your Pogo® Lip Balm purchase and would like to return your order, please contact Pogo Lips at info@pogolips.ca with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that Pogo Lips can only refund orders if the products have not been used.
