Each size in this print is illustrated differently portraying the journey of motherhood.
A large number of the Deccan style Pichvai’s depict clusters of Gopis and large exquisitely foliaged mystical trees. Among the Pichwais, the festival of Sharad Purnima - the first full moon night (Purnima) of the monsoon, which marks the onset of autumn (Sharad). Pichwai's depicting this celebration usually show Shrinathji in the center, flanked by beautiful gopis (cowherd girls) on both sides along with large exquisitely foliaged mystical trees
